Hard to find what I needed among the clutter
Navigating the software was frustrating because the interface didn’t offer clear paths to the tools I wanted, especially during the first week I tried setting things up. I found myself searching through menus to locate the database feature, but it wasn’t straightforward or intuitive, unlike what I expected. On the brighter side, the automatic updates worked quietly in the background without interrupting my work, which was a small relief in an otherwise cluttered experience. The calling tools and dialer seemed okay once I found their spots, but the time it took to get there hampered productivity. I made several calls to telephonic support hoping to speed things along, but although the help was polite, I still ended up stuck on some tasks because the instructions were either too complex or vague. The invoicing and payment steps were clear and efficient, which stood out as one of the few smooth parts. In general, I was looking for a system that made accessing features quick, but it felt more complicated and took longer than it should to even just start using effectively.
