handling the hiccup with support was pretty okay
So I started using the software and it was mostly fine at first. The calling tools worked well when I tried setting them up for my team, everything was quite straightforward in that respect. However, one day the dialer stopped working during a busy morning and it was a bit of a mess. I tried reaching out to their support line, and while the initial wait was a little long, once I got through the person was helpful enough to get me back up and running. I appreciated that part because it made the whole disruption a bit less painful. On the downside though, the explanation of why the issue happened was a bit unclear and the follow-up info promised never really came through, so I was left guessing for the rest of the week about what might have caused it. Overall, I guess the most important part was sorted fairly ok but some parts of the communication and clarity could definitely do with improvement. The updates they pushed later didn't seem to fix the root problem entirely either which was a bit disappointing. Still, the ability to talk to someone on the phone was reassuring in moments of trouble, and I'll likely stick around to see if things smooth out.
