Handling issues took real effort but showed commitment
During the sales and pre-purchase interactions, I encountered a specific moment when the software registration failed unexpectedly. It took several callbacks and some persistent follow-up to get the problem understood and worked through, which was quite a hassle. However, on other occasions, the software behaved as expected, and routine processes were relatively smooth. The onboarding flow was somewhat confusing at some steps, and I needed to refer to training materials separately. So, while they did make an effort to fix things, the overall experience was mixed. I acknowledge the positive intentions but also felt that better communication or automated error handling would have helped reduce the effort involved.
