Handled glitches well despite some hitches
I had a pretty mixed experience when I was checking things before purchase. Initially, there were a few glitches during the sign-up and invoicing that made things slower than I wanted. The database feature wasn’t loading properly at first, which was frustrating because I had planned my workflow around it. On the bright side, the support team followed through effectively and kept me informed about the updates fixing these problems, which did the job eventually. So while it wasn't perfect from the start, I was glad that the issues were addressed, and it didn’t stop me from using the software and training further.
