Handled errors well but needed effort to troubleshoot
The training and onboarding process was generally smooth, though I encountered a few minor hiccups where steps didn't behave as expected. What I appreciate is that the software handled issues in a clear way. When I made an error or missed a part, prompts guided me calmly without making it stressful. It took a bit of effort to figure out what went wrong at times because the instructions could have been a little more detailed for troubleshooting. Still, the support documentation helped me understand how to fix errors mostly by myself. I also liked how the software updated automatically with improvements that seemed to address some earlier glitches. The onboarding flow covers many details you need for starting out, and it manages user mistakes quite well. One small reservation is that the pace felt a bit rushed occasionally, making it necessary for me to pause and backtrack. But overall, the system did what it was supposed to do, which is to get a new user ready effectively. I think with a little more polish on error explanations, the training could be near flawless.
