Handled errors well but communication could be clearer
During my sales and pre-purchase experience, I found that when things went wrong, the team handled it with procedural responses. For example, when I encountered inconsistencies in the invoicing system, they acknowledged the problem and initiated corrective steps without delay. On the other hand, the communication about these issues sometimes lacked detail, making it harder to know when the problems would be fully resolved or what the interim steps were. The sales process was systematic, and the information about the software’s capabilities was consistent, which helped in understanding the product. However, a more transparent update system would improve things, as I had to follow up on my own to get clarification. Overall, the practical handling of difficulties was effective, but blending that with clearer communication would have made the experience smoother and less uncertain.
