had to put in a lot more effort than expected
Honestly, using the WFHI software felt a lot harder than I’d initially thought it would be. The promise of a smooth onboarding flow didn’t quite match up with reality for me. It took quite a bit of time to understand the complexities of the database feature, which I expected to be more plug-and-play. The calling tools weren’t as straightforward either, and sometimes the dialer didn’t behave how I assumed based on preliminary info. Signing up seemed simple enough, but once invoicing and payment processes started, I was left guessing some of the details without much initial guidance. Automatic updates came through often, which was fine, but they sometimes disrupted my workflow without warning. The telephonic support was hit and miss; sometimes I waited a long time to get help, and other times the info provided wasn’t very clear or detailed. Overall, I found myself spending an unexpected amount of energy working things out for myself, especially regarding how software features integrated with my setup. I had hoped for a more intuitive experience, especially since the descriptions suggested easier navigation. I recognize that part of this might have been my own unfamiliarity, but I still felt that the expectation and reality didn’t quite line up. Using this system required a level of adjustment and learning that felt more demanding than anticipated, and that made the whole process more draining than I thought it would be.
