Had to figure too much out myself before buying
I found the sales and pre-purchase information somewhat lacking, mainly because I had to figure out a lot on my own. From the start, the materials available explained the broad features, but the details of workflow integration and software usability were not clear. When I signed up, I quickly realized that the demo or overview did not cover critical aspects like the dialer's efficiency or how the database would fit into my daily work. It was only after full access that I understood the actual setup demands and training options. The billing and support processes were only vaguely explained upfront. This lack of clarity meant I spent a lot of time troubleshooting and learning by trial and error before I could properly get going. It felt like the sales side focused on features but underestimated the importance of helping potential customers understand what they were committing to, which left me frustrated. A more detailed pre-purchase briefing would have been very helpful to avoid this confusion.
