had to figure quite a lot out myself, which took effort
I found the support helpful when I finally reached out, but a lot of the time I had to work through the software features and issues by myself. The documentation was decent but not always fully clear on some tasks like optimizing the calling tools or understanding database management nuances. This meant I spent a good deal of time trial and error before I felt confident using the full system. The telephonic support did respond and helped resolve some questions once I got through to them, which was good. Still, I think the effort required upfront was higher than it needed to be because initial onboarding and training could have been more comprehensive. The invoicing and payment process wasn't too difficult once I understood it, so I would say that part was fine. Overall though, I expected a little more hand-holding from support, but I managed on my own eventually with some patience.
