When I started using this software, I was surprised by how much of it I had to learn on my own. The initial setup lacked clear step-by-step instructions, which made accessing and using many features frustrating. For example, configuring the calling tools and dialer took a lot more trial and error than anticipated, even though the platform provided some training. On the positive side, the automatic updates functioned without issue, often fixing smaller bugs without me needing to intervene. The database feature aligned with some parts of my workflow but required manual adjustments to fit correctly. Invoicing and payment processes were straightforward and didn't present difficulties. Telephonic support was available but often busy or slow to connect, which made getting answers frustrating when I needed help quickly. Although there was some helpful information in the training, I expected more guidance during onboarding. The thing that really surprised me was how much independent work was required to fully understand and utilize the software. I spent many hours just trying to figure things out instead of working productively. While the software has potential, the lack of clear early instructions and support made starting out a challenging experience that was disappointing given how I expected access to be easier.
