Had to figure out sign-up mostly on my own
My experience with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase phase had its ups and downs. The best part was definitely how detailed the training materials were; they helped me understand the software features like the dialer and database more clearly than I initially thought. However, the sign-up and onboarding parts required me to do a lot of figuring out by myself. There wasn’t much proactive guidance about setting up the calling tools or understanding the payment and invoicing process. Though the software itself after setup is pretty solid and automatic updates happened seamlessly, the initial learning curve was steeper than I expected. Telephonic support did help when I reached out, but I felt I had to run into problems before getting assistance. This approach can work if you’re willing to experiment and learn alone, but it might not suit everyone who prefers a more hands-on walk-through. Overall, my experience was mixed because of this balance between good training content and the lack of upfront help during critical early steps. I guess next time I would prepare to spend extra time navigating those initial parts myself.
