Had to figure out quite some things on my own, but manageable
Getting access to the WFHI software itself was mostly straightforward, but there was definitely an effort involved in setting things up exactly how I wanted. The signup and payment process went fine, and the invoice came through without hassle. But once I started using the dashboard and trying to get the calling tools working smoothly, it became clear that not everything was instantly clear. I had to spend some time poking around the menus and tooltips to understand the database feature and how automatic updates affected the workflows. I’d say a decent portion of the learning curve was self-driven since some of the training didn’t cover these parts in depth. Still, once I figured it out, the software felt quite powerful and flexible. So, while the experience wasn’t effortless from the start, especially for those who prefer to jump right in with full guidance, I got to an efficient stage after investing some time. Looking back, I might have appreciated more detailed onboarding videos or quicker access to explanations within the software itself.
