Had to figure out quite a bit on my own despite training
The onboarding and training initially seemed promising but I quickly realized that much of the setup I had to work out myself without clear guidance. The training covered some basics but missed explaining how to fully integrate the calling tools with the database, which became frustrating. I found myself searching the help sections and experimenting during actual use, rather than being confident from the start. On the positive side, the automatic updates did improve system stability over time, and telephonic support was responsive when I reached out. Still, it felt like the training assumed a level of prior knowledge I didn’t have, meaning onboarding stretched out longer than I expected. I think the sign-up and payment process went okay without surprises. Bottom line: if I were to tell a friend, I’d say the system works fine but you should be ready to learn and troubleshoot most things by yourself rather than expecting a fully guided experience.
