Using the WFHI software and their support is a mixed bag I’d tell a friend. On one hand, the core functions like the dialer and database are solid and get the job done well enough. But when I ran into issues or had questions about how the automatic updates would affect my setup, the telephonic support was helpful but not as thorough as I hoped. I ended up having to spend quite some time searching through FAQs and tutorials on my own to fill in the blanks. The communication was decent, but it wasn’t like they held my hand through transitions or onboarding. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward though, so at least the billing part ran smoothly without confusion. If you’re someone who likes figuring things out and can handle some trial and error, this will work; but if you’re expecting a fully guided experience with support holding your hand at every step, you might feel a bit on your own. Overall, the software does the job and support is a positive help beyond the basics, but it’s not seamless and you have to be self-sufficient at times to make it all work smoothly.
