Had to figure out quite a bit myself; missing some guided help
Using the WFHI software gave me access to a decent set of tools, including the calling dialer and contact database, which fit quite well with what I was trying to set up remotely. However, I found that much of the software’s nuances needed to be worked out on my own since the onboarding and training didn’t cover everything in full detail. While the training modules were available, they somewhat glossed over some of the interface terminology and how best to leverage certain features, so I spent extra time experimenting. The auto-update feature worked quietly in the background without disrupting my work, which was helpful. I also noted that sign-up, invoicing, and payment procedures were straightforward and clear from the start. Though telephonic support was reachable, I wish there had been more proactive guidance or tips incorporated into the software itself. Overall, the experience involved a fair amount of self-guided learning, and I think the platform could benefit from adding more comprehensive or interactive onboarding elements to reduce the time spent figuring things out independently.
