Had to figure out most things myself despite training
Honestly, I ended up working out a lot on my own even after the official training and onboarding. The basic tutorials were there, but they often felt too generic and didn’t cover the specifics of the dialer or how to best manage the database. It was more trial and error than actual guided learning, which made things frustrating sometimes. The support team was okay but I had to wait a while on calls sometimes and their advice wasn’t always very detailed. Signing up and paying was straightforward, but getting the hang of the software itself took much longer than I thought. I wish there had been more step-by-step help because otherwise I was left feeling a bit lost. In the end, I managed to get it working well enough but I really had to struggle through a lot of it myself, which isn’t great when you want a smoother start.
