Had to figure out most things by myself, which was hard
I was hoping the sales and pre-purchase information would give me clear guidelines on what to expect, but in reality, it felt like I had to work out a lot on my own. There was some basic detail, yet deeper understanding had to come from trial and error during setup. I felt a bit unsure whether I was following the right path since explanations were sometimes vague or too generic. It was almost like being thrown into the water without a solid life jacket. I appreciate that automatic updates roll in, but without proper instructions upfront, it became confusing when features changed or new ones appeared. I also expected the support to help guide me through the initial questions, but the telephonic assistance was not as timely or proactive as I needed. Overall, I think the effort to learn mostly alone made me hesitate whether this was the right choice for me. It might work better for someone comfortable with self-directed learning, but for me, it required more.
