Had To Figure Out Most Things Alone
The onboarding and training experience left a lot to be desired in terms of guidance. I found myself having to figure out how to set up the software quite largely on my own without much hand-holding. The training materials were quite basic and at times unclear, which meant I had to spend additional time experimenting with different features to understand how they worked together. The database feature, for example, was not fully explained in the resources provided, so I discovered its capabilities and limitations only after several trial and error sessions. There was some telephonic support available, but their assistance was often limited or slow to respond. Also, updates occasionally changed the interface, requiring me to relearn steps without much notice. The sign-up and payment procedures were relatively straightforward, and the invoicing system worked without issues, but beyond that, much of the practically useful knowledge had to be self-acquired. In the end, while I managed to get a working setup, it feels like a lot of personal effort was necessary to make the software usable for my needs. For others expecting extensive onboarding help, they should be prepared to invest time and independent troubleshooting.
