Had to figure out dialer quirks mostly on my own
Looking back, I think the main thing that went badly for me was the dialer feature. Although the software promised to be quite user-friendly, I found that many things around using the dialer effectively were not well explained. The initial training covered the basics, but I had to spend quite a bit of time experimenting and searching for answers on my own about call management and integration with the database. The telephonic support was somewhat helpful but often slow to respond with useful answers about the dialer. Much of the ongoing troubleshooting and figuring out functionality was left up to me. On the other hand, the invoicing system was straightforward enough to understand without needing much help, so at least some parts of the service felt accessible. Still, the burden to self-learn the more complex tools like the dialer left me feeling less supported than I would have preferred after purchase. I expect better communication guidance from such software services in the future for a smoother experience.
