Had to figure out almost everything myself before buying
When I first explored WFHI’s offerings, I expected more guidance during the sales and pre-purchase phase, but unfortunately, much of it was left for me to work out on my own. The website had basic information about features, but it lacked detailed explanations on how the software integrates with remote workflows or how the training sessions would be structured. There were no live demos or consultations available prior to sign-up, so I had to rely heavily on written descriptions and FAQs to understand what I was committing to. This meant I ended up researching and piecing together lots of details about setup, dialing tools, and database use without much support. I also found the invoicing process a bit vague since I hadn’t received clear outlines beforehand, so I wasn’t sure what to expect during payment steps. Overall, I spent significant time figuring out how the software worked and how the onboarding would proceed before I felt comfortable moving forward. While the product itself has potential, the initial effort required just to grasp the basics felt unnecessarily high.
