Before I made the decision to purchase the software and training, I found myself needing to do quite a bit of independent research. The initial sales information was decent but not very detailed, so understanding exactly how the features would fit into my existing workflow took some trial and error on my part. I had to navigate the demo and onboarding materials carefully to piece together which parts of the software were best suited for my needs. While the call dialer and database functions generally seemed useful, the specifics of connecting them required some extra experimenting. Additionally, the payment and invoicing details were only partly explained, so I had to reach out to support to clarify some points. I wouldn't say the pre-purchase experience was bad, but it wasn't entirely straightforward without asking questions and putting in some effort to interpret what was offered. The training sessions helped, but they assumed a level of familiarity that I was still building. Overall, buying and starting to use the platform was fine, just not totally hands-off or simple from the sales side.
