Had to double-check labels, honestly not as clear as I hoped

I went into the WFHI sales process expecting a pretty straightforward experience from start to finish, but the wording and labels in the interface threw me off quite a bit. First, signing up was fine, with invoicing and payments as expected. But when I started using the software, I noticed that some labels for features—especially around the database and calling tools—weren't very descriptive and at times seemed to overlap confusingly. During onboarding, I paused multiple times trying to figure out whether I was looking at a training module or a piece of software functionality. The dialer itself worked well technically, but the path to set it up felt like it needed clearer steps. I did find the automatic update system convenient, as I didn’t have to manually refresh anything, but terms like "Priority assistance" Weren’t always clear in practice until I called support. Speaking to a friend, I would say the system is solid but expects a user to interpret some terms and steps without much handholding. I’m hopeful the documentation improves this because overall the package feels good once you get past the initial label confusion.
