Had good info but sales call felt different
Compared to other platforms I've dealt with, WFHI's sales and pre-purchase process offered thorough information on the features and software capabilities. There was this one call where I felt they really took time to answer my questions well, which was helpful. But beyond that, the process felt a bit generic and less engaging. I didn't get a strong sense of personalized attention throughout, making it hard to be fully confident right away. Sometimes the explanations were clear and detailed, other times the responses felt a little scripted or rushed. It wasn’t bad overall, but not the most compelling experience either. If they could balance that key informative call I had with more consistent communication, it would feel much better from a buyer's point of view. Still, the clear explanation on certain points was a definite plus compared to what I've seen elsewhere.
