I expected the software to be more intuitive from the start based on sales demos, which made setting it up look easier than it actually was. In practice, daily usage revealed some quirks and inconsistencies in the interface that I hadn’t anticipated, especially when managing my database and using the dialer tools. On the positive side, the automatic updates worked smoothly and kept the system reasonably current without my involvement, which I didn't expect to be this hassle-free. However, some features didn’t always perform reliably after the initial setup, which contrasted with my initial hopes. Overall, the experience was quite balanced with both pleasant surprises and some mild frustrations.
