Great to start quickly, best for those who prepare
After signing up with the software and training, I was surprised by how quickly I could get everything up and running. The onboarding was well designed, with clear instructions and helpful online guides that allowed me to start using the calling tools and dialer within a couple of days. I especially liked the way the database feature integrated with the dialer, saving time on manual data entry. The automatic updates happened smoothly without causing any interruptions. Support was available by phone, and their responses were generally quick, although once I did experience a short wait time when I needed immediate assistance. For anyone who takes the time to go through the training and prepares ahead, this system will suit well. However, if you prefer stepped hand-holding through every detail or have limited time for onboarding, some parts could feel a bit rushed. In summary, the communication and support were mostly effective and helped me start fast, but a bit more patience with newcomers might improve the experience even further.
