Great in most ways, but honestly a bit confusing at first
You know, I was pretty surprised at how easy it was to find what I needed on the platform. I mean, I was searching for tools to handle my remote workflow setup, and everything popped up quickly. The database feature, calling tools, and dialer were all listed clearly, which made initial navigation smooth. But, here’s the catch – the onboarding flow could’ve been a bit more straightforward. I had to jump around a few times before I figured out the order of steps. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it threw me off for a bit. Also, sign-up and payment processes were seamless though, no hassles there. I’d say, if you’re just looking for quick access to the software features, you’ll find it easy. Yet, the initial setup might need patience as it wasn’t clearly mapped from the get-go. Still, overall really helpful and glad I gave it a try.
