Great if your work hours align, less so if you need flexible timing
I went into the training expecting it would be flexible enough to fit around my irregular work hours, but it turned out to be more structured in timing than I anticipated. The onboarding sessions were scheduled during typical business hours, which was fine for me initially, but as I tried to use the software across different shifts, I noticed that the live support hours and some training follow-ups didn’t quite match the times I was working. I had expected that I could access help anytime or that the training could be repeated on demand, but instead, it was somewhat rigid. The dialer and database features themselves were intuitive enough according to my previous tech experience, but the lack of truly flexible training sessions meant I sometimes had to catch up on my own time. If you have a traditional 9-to-6 kind of schedule, this training and software would probably suit you perfectly. For those who work odd hours or need more asynchronous learning support, this might cause some hassle or gaps in smooth onboarding. That said, the sign-up and payment process was quick and hassle-free, which at least got me started smoothly.
