great if you're patient, might frustrate others
So I started using the wfhi software with pretty low expectations about how quickly I'd get the hang of everything. The access was clear enough once I got past the initial sign-up. The instructions on what to click next and how to set up calling tools were written plainly, but sometimes I felt like they assumed a bit more tech savvy than I had. Database features were explained but could use a few more examples or maybe video walkthroughs. I liked that the automatic updates happened quietly in the background, so no surprise breaks. Signing up and paying were hassle-free, which helped keep things easy. Calling tools worked smoothly on setup, though I stumbled a little when using the dialer for the first few days. Overall, this software would be great for anyone who is used to these platforms or willing to invest some time learning the ropes. If you want everything super fast and spoon-fed, it might not be your best bet. But with patience, it really grows on you and the support team seemed ready to help when I tried calling for a bit of assistance.
