Great if you anticipate some bumps then steady
When I was considering the WFHI software, I was curious about how it’d handle hiccups, and overall it did pretty well. There were moments during the sign-up and invoicing stage when I thought something might go wrong, especially with payment confirmations, but the process resolved smoothly with minimal stress. The sales team was quick to respond to questions, keeping me positive throughout. Once I started training and onboarding, the experience was mostly straightforward, although there was a little confusion over some steps which they helped clarify quickly. Calling tools performed well, though the dialer at times lagged under heavy use which could slow down the workflow. Support was available and responsive whenever I reached out, which was reassuring. This setup would suit users who expect sometimes to run into minor glitches but want a reliable backup with decent support. It might not be ideal for someone who wants everything hassle-free from the start or minimal troubleshooting. Overall, it’s solid, with just a few small reservations about initial glitches, but the help on offer makes it workable and promises improvement as you go along.
