Great for those who want quick start, not for slow movers
Hey, just thought I’d share how my onboarding experience went with WFHI’s training. Honestly, it was pretty quick to get me going, which was great because I don’t like dragging out setups. The videos and walkthroughs were easy enough to follow, but if you’re someone who prefers a lot of hand-holding, you might find it a bit overwhelming initially. I mean, they do provide support but most of the time I figured things out myself pretty fast. The dialer tool got me up to speed by the end of day two, and the database aspect made organizing contacts not too tedious. The automatic updates helped too since I didn’t have to worry about manually checking for new features or fixes. My only small gripe is that some of the jargon in the training materials could have been simplified a bit; not everyone is familiar with all the industry terms. So yeah, if you’re comfortable learning quickly and don’t mind troubleshooting a little, this training setup suits you. Otherwise, you might feel a bit lost and wish for more personal guidance early on. But overall, I appreciated how fast it got me ready to use the software and tools effectively without too much hangover time.
