Great for those who want quick answers, not for total beginners
The training and onboarding people were genuinely responsive, which is appreciated. I had a bunch of questions right from the start, and their replies were usually quick and to the point. Honestly, if you’re someone who prefers to get the basics on your own and just needs some clarifications here and there, this setup will suit you well. But if you are new to remote workflows and require very detailed hand-holding or slow paced explanations, this might not be the best fit. The sessions are more about hitting key issues and moving on because they expect some familiarity. I’ve gone through explanations like this enough times that the training felt efficient rather than exhaustive. It’s good that the trainers were ready to respond, and the onboarding flow was pretty direct. Overall, I think it’s a strong program for people who want quick help and already have some understanding, but if you want very thorough step-by-step hand-holding, it might not be ideal.
