Great for setup if you’re ready for ongoing adjustments
The initial setup was pretty straightforward, with clear guidance from the training materials and the sign-up flow. It felt like most of the work was front-loaded, but there were definitely ongoing tweaks to the database and calling tools that I had to manage week by week. The telephonic support helped me understand which parts were one-off fixes and which required regular attention. I’d say this suite is ideal if you’re someone who can stay engaged through continuous updates, but maybe less suited if you want a perfect one-time setup and then leave it alone. It definitely does the job for adapting workflows remotely.
