Great for self-starters, a bit slow for others
You offer solid training modules that cover all the necessary steps to get started with your software. However, I noticed there is some repetition in content across sessions. At times, I found myself waiting for certain tools to load or for the trainer to move on. This made the onboarding experience a bit slow. If someone prefers a fast-paced, no-nonsense introduction, your current setup might feel drawn out. On the other hand, learners who appreciate a methodical approach will likely benefit a lot. The materials themselves are clear and thorough, and the sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward without any surprises. It's just that small moments of downtime during training that slightly held me back from giving you a full five stars. Overall, the onboarding is effective, but it might not suit everyone equally well. I would recommend it to those willing to invest a bit of patience to gain solid skills.
