Great for flexible hours, but not for steady schedules
I found the billing and payment setup with WFHI quite well-aligned to the hours I typically work. Their system tracks the actual time spent using the software rather than charging a flat monthly fee, which fits nicely with the fluctuation in my work schedule. However, one small reservation I have is that the hour-tracking sometimes didn’t update in real-time and lagged behind by a few hours, which caused temporary confusion, especially when I was tallying time on busy days. For someone like me who prefers flexible and irregular hours, this system suits well, but if you work a strict 9 to 5 routine and want a predictable monthly cost, this might feel a bit variable. Still, I appreciate the transparent interaction between usage and billing that WFHI offers. Overall, I’m pleased and will keep using their payment scheme as it truly matches the ebb and flow of my workload.
