Got workable info, but some steps felt odd

I was trying to figure out whether the WFHI onboarding and sales steps would actually make sense for someone new like me. At first glance, the order of things seemed logical: you browse options, sign up, get invoiced, then start training. However, when I was actually going through it, I found some steps a bit confusing, especially the way the calling tools were introduced before I fully understood the database features. It felt like I was expected to understand too much too soon. On the positive side, the support team was responsive when I reached out on the phone to clarify some doubts about setup and payment. The automatic updates seemed to work fine in the background, which was reassuring. Still, I wonder if having a more step-by-step guide or a clearer flow in the initial sales presentation would help users avoid getting stuck. So overall, while I could get what I needed eventually, the journey wasn’t as smooth as I hoped it would be. Maybe if the product team fine-tunes the ordering of training and communication, it’ll be better for future users like me.
