Hi team, just wanted to say support was there when I needed it and really helped sort things quickly. I didn’t feel stuck at any point and the people answering calls were pretty patient and explained things simply. Honestly, it makes me feel I'll ask for help again if something comes up since it wasn’t a hassle at all. Sometimes support channels feel like a chore but this was different. Also, the responses were timely which is appreciated. All good here, no complaints, so next time I’m unsure, I’ll just ring up again instead of trying to figure it out alone.
