Got what I expected, but some parts felt different

Compared to previous remote workflow platforms I have used, WFHI's training and onboarding process met most of my expectations but had a few differences worth noting. The initial training sessions covered the basics sufficiently and explained the software’s core functionalities clearly, which I found helpful. However, I noticed that some parts of the onboarding moved quicker than I anticipated, possibly assuming a level of familiarity that not all users might have. This meant I had to revisit certain training materials independently to understand them fully. Also, the database interface felt less intuitive at first than what I was accustomed to, which led to a bit of a learning curve. On the positive side, the sign-up and invoicing system was straightforward and didn’t present any issues, making the administrative side smooth. Support through telephonic assistance was available but didn’t always provide in-depth explanations, which could be challenging for more complex questions. Overall, while the training provided the essentials and got me up to speed, I expected a slightly slower pace or more hands-on guidance based on my past experiences. Yet, I appreciate the efforts put into keeping the software updated and the support reachable.
