Got up to speed, though part of it was on me to figure out
My experience with the training and onboarding was mostly positive, though I definitely had to put some effort in on my own to get all the pieces working. The initial modules covered the fundamentals and gave me a structured overview of how to use the core software, from managing the database to using the calling tools. However, when I reached the part about integrating automatic updates into my workflow, the guidance became less comprehensive. It was at that moment I realized I had to experiment a bit to see how the updates actually affected my daily tasks and what settings were best for me. This trial-and-error process took a while, but the rest of the training sessions leading up to that point were well paced and informative. By the time I finished the onboarding, I was confident navigating most features, though some parts would have benefited from clearer step-by-step instructions. Still, the overall outcome was worth the initial bumps—I’m now comfortable handling the software independently even if I wish some aspects were just a bit more clarified during the training.
