Got up and running eventually, after more back and forth than I wanted
I won’t beat around the bush: it took a bit longer than I hoped to get going with the software. The sign-up and payment part was straightforward enough, but setting up the database to fit my workflow involved several calls to support. Each time I thought I was done, new questions came up, requiring another round of telephonic assistance. It seemed the automatic updates sometimes introduced new features that weren’t clearly explained right away, so I had to spend extra time figuring those out. Nevertheless, the dialer tool itself worked solidly once all was configured properly. The training materials did help, but the response times on some queries felt slower than expected. Still, I’m now able to navigate the system comfortably despite the initial hurdles. It’s a solid platform, but anyone starting should expect to invest some time before using it seamlessly. What matters most is that I’m currently operational and the support team was able to handle my questions even if it was a bit drawn out.
