Got through onboarding but had to figure out many things myself
The training and onboarding experience with WFHI left me feeling that a good portion was self-guided. While there were initial instructions and some support, a lot of the setup especially customizing the dialer and database features was something I had to work out on my own. The learning materials covered basics but did not always address specific issues I faced in day-to-day use. As a result, I ended up exploring many options experimentally to get things working as needed. Automatic updates happened in the background but occasionally changed settings unexpectedly, which then required troubleshooting without clear guidance. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward and went smoothly without any problems. Despite needing to learn through trial and error, I was able to get the system operational. So overall, the outcome was functional use but a more structured onboarding program might have improved the early experience.
