Got sorted in the end, which mattered most
I had to reach out to support a couple of times during my use of the software, mostly when setting up the database and connecting the dialer for calls. One specific time, I remember the team responded quickly after I reported that the call logs weren't saving automatically as promised. That prompt reply helped me fix the issue faster than I thought possible, although other queries took somewhat longer, with occasional delays in telephonic support availability. The onboarding process was quite smooth otherwise, with clear instructions and automatic updates keeping the software fresh. Though the responsiveness varied, the ultimate result was that things worked out well enough for me to get comfortable using the full workflow remotely. It felt like the system learned from each hiccup and improved incrementally, and I could see the benefit of training sessions that clarified some of these problems ahead of time. The sign-up and payment flow were reasonably clear too, so in the end I had a mostly positive experience.
