Got some answers, but it wasn’t a straight line
So I had been trying to get things sorted with the WFHI stuff, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Like, the people I talked to on calls generally got back to me, probably faster than I expected in some cases. But then, other times I’d be waiting a bit longer for some follow-up, which felt a bit annoying. The initial sign-up was smooth enough, but once I started working with the database and trying to link it with the calling tools, I hit a snag that wasn’t quickly resolved. Training was okay, but felt like some parts were rushed and others way too repetitive. What I liked though was the way the software updated automatically without me needing to do much, that was handy. Support calls also varied; sometimes helpful, sometimes not so much. Payment and invoicing were simple, so that was good. Overall, I think the process worked out alright, just had moments where I wished for faster help or clearer instructions. Those ups and downs balance each other out pretty well though, so I’m left on the fence about it all.
