Got setup thoughts but ended up more confused
I went into this thinking the setup would mostly be a one-time thing—just sign up, get trained, set up the calling tools, and then I’d be good to go with minimal ongoing hassle. But honestly, what I experienced was quite the opposite. The initial training seemed decent but felt like it barely scratched the surface, leaving me wondering what I actually needed to do day-to-day. Billing and payment explanations weren’t very clear either, which made me second guess whether I really understood the invoicing part. The software itself kept getting updates, but sometimes these seemed to break workflows I was just getting used to. Compared to what I expected, it feels like I’m going to spend a lot more ongoing time figuring things out than I want to. I kept hoping the telephonic support would guide me better, but the calls were hit or miss, sometimes helpful, sometimes frustrating. I guess I just wanted to spend most of my time working, not wrestling with setup or billing confusion. Thinking back, I probably should have asked more upfront about how much ongoing involvement would really be needed. In the end, the workflow setup didn’t match my expectations at all.
