Got setup mostly figured out on my own

When I first signed up for WFHI, I honestly didn’t expect the onboarding to be super hand-holding, and that quickly proved true. I found myself working through quite a bit on my own, especially figuring out how to integrate the database feature with my existing tasks. The software itself is generally solid—calling tools and the dialer work well, and I liked how smooth the calls went during a full working week. Automatic updates didn’t interfere with my flow, which was a relief. I will say the payment and invoicing process was easier than I expected; it was straightforward and painless. But I do think a bit more guidance during the initial setup, particularly with training, would have saved me some hours of trial and error. The support team is there and helpful when called, but I prefer to solve these things independently. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with what I got, but if you’re new to remote workflow software, you might find some parts less intuitive until you get used to them.
