got set up mostly one time, ongoing parts a bit mixed
I bought the software with plans to see how much of the setup would be one off and how much ongoing work it would need. Initially, signing up was straightforward and the invoicing process worked fine with no glitches. The onboarding training got me familiar with the basics, but still I felt like I needed to refer back to some parts repeatedly. Using the calling tools was mostly smooth throughout the first week, calls connected well, but I hit some hiccups with the dialer not syncing automatically with the database at times. Those small bugs required me to restart or manually adjust settings which is something I wasn’t counting on. Updates pop up automatically and those have brought some helpful fixes but also sometimes shifted the interface in ways that took me a bit of time to relearn. Telephonic support is available and somewhat helpful but can feel slow depending on the query. Overall, a good chunk of setup is definitely a one-off with repeat workflows easy to maintain once learned, though a couple of aspects still need ongoing attention which wasn't quite clear to me upfront. So my feeling is that the product can deliver what’s promised but you should be ready for some back and forth especially with syncing and configuration beyond initial setup.
