Got set up in the end, but with some hiccups
The training and onboarding steps for using the software definitely had a mixed flow. I remember when I reached the part about using the calling tools and the dialer, I got a bit stuck because the instructions seemed out of order there. The rest of the onboarding was a bit vague to me; I can't say exactly where the confusion started, but overall, it didn’t feel as smooth as it should be. The database feature was somewhat straightforward, though integrating it into my workflow took time. Automatic updates were happening quietly in the background, which was nice, but didn't really help with the learning curve. Support was reachable by phone, but sometimes their guidance wasn’t as clear as I needed right then. Despite these problems, I managed to get set up and use the main functions fine; I’m at least up and running and can work with the tools. So while the order and clarity of steps weren’t perfect, the outcome was functional setup, which is what I needed most in the end.
