Got more than I hoped but it wasn’t effortless
Honestly, the whole pre-purchase experience was more involved than I thought it’d be. I expected a simple sign-up and immediate access, but there was quite a bit of back and forth with sales and more details to cover than I imagined. They explained features clearly and helped with understanding invoicing, which was good. It wasn’t a walk in the park to get to the point where I felt I had all the info I wanted, but I appreciated the effort and time they put into making sure I was confident. Makes me feel like they care about clarity even if it takes a bit more effort from my side before buying.
