Got more than I expected, ish tarah se
So I was honestly expecting the onboarding process to take a bit longer than it did. At first, I thought maybe I would be stuck waiting through a lot of setup steps or confused by the interface, but surprisingly, the support team was there to guide me fairly quickly. Even though there were a few moments where I felt like I had to backtrack and redo parts of the setup, ultimately it didn’t drag on for too long. I kept circling back to where I started, thinking maybe I missed some pieces, but each time the explanations helped me move forward. The calling tools and dialer also felt intuitive right out of the gate, though it took a few practice calls over a couple of days to really get the hang of some features. I guess my main thought is that the actual start was a bit smoother than what I initially expected from a remote workflow system setup, even if some parts could have been slightly faster. So yeah, while it wasn't all perfect right from the start, the end result definitely felt worth the effort in getting going.
