Got more than expected, but some issues popped up along the way
When I started exploring WFHI, I expected a decent pre-purchase experience but was ready for some hiccups because these things usually aren’t perfect. Surprisingly, the website and sales support answered most questions quickly and clearly, which was better than I anticipated. Signing up was smooth, and I appreciated how the forms handled data without much fuss, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. That said, a few technical glitches happened during the process, like delays in sending my invoice and initial confusion about payment confirmation emails. The team responded with priority assistance once I reached out, so the problems didn’t linger. Comparing what I expected versus what I got, the overall smooth communication and assistance tipped the balance in favor of a good experience. It didn’t all go perfectly, but having supportive telephonic assistance made the difference. I’m fairly pleased that even when something went wrong, they clearly had a system to correct it quickly. I’d say the experience met my needs and actually had some pleasant surprises beyond my original hopes.
