Got good answers pretty quickly, though it took back and forth
When I reached out before buying, I was looking to understand a lot about how their system and training would fit my schedule and what kind of ongoing contact they offered. They were generally pretty quick to respond via email, and that was nice. Sometimes though, I had to ask a few times to get an exact answer because they’d miss a tiny point or not clarify something fully on the first reply, so that made things drag a bit. Still, once I had it all sorted, I felt the onboarding would be alright for me, and I appreciated how they circled back to confirm details I mentioned earlier. They clearly cared about making sure I wouldn't be left guessing once I started, which matters because you don’t want surprises later on. Overall, their responsiveness was quite helpful, even if a bit inconsistent at times, so I’d say it pretty much worked out well.
